Previously, Mr. Blair served as Financial Controller and Assistant General Manager for franchises such as Wyndham, Star Wood, Choice, and Inter-continental Properties. Before coming to the Hospitality Industry, Mr. Blair spent 11 years in the Electronics business as an Accountant, buyer and Regional Manager for one of the Largest Electronics Distributors of the 80’s and 90’s. Mr. Blair is the co-founder of Blair’s Management Group Tax and Accounting Services: A Management Company located in Ft Lauderdale Florida which offers the following services: Bookkeeping & Accounting, Individual & Small Business Tax preparation, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hotel & Restaurant Accounting, Payroll & HR Service, Entertainment Promotion, Artist Management, and Property Management. He possessed degrees in Management Accounting and Hospitality Management, with certification in areas of Community Association Manager, Tax Preparation, and, Professional Bookkeepers. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and American Institute of Professionals Bookkeepers.
Maxine E. Blair CEO Mrs. Blair has over 20 year experience as Business Administrator in the Medical Field, and over 5 years as legal assistant for Friedland & Associates Law Firm. Mrs. Blair has taken her experience from New York, To Pennsylvania, and now to South Florida were she is the Co-Founder of Blair's Management Group Tax and Accounting Services. She possessed degrees in Business Administration and Medical Technology.
